As managing partner of Lange-Peizer, Kip Lange drives the corporation's vision. Lange is a very successful and highly regarded professional in the local and regional commercial real estate community. Kip's main focus is finding sites for retail users located in the Puget Sound Basin. In the past 22 years he has successfully completed transactions in all aspects of the commercial real estate arena.

An expert negotiator with a solid foundation in environmental and development issues, his cadre of contacts, knowledge of the market place and experience makes him one the most effective and efficient real estate brokers in the region.

Kip was born and raised in Seattle; he has had careers in teaching/coaching at Lincoln High School and investment securities sales. He graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 1969 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree and in 1977 received a Masters Degree in Education Administration from Seattle University.
