Experienced Commercial Real Estate Professional

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree
• Current Valid Real Estate License
• Two to five years corporate real estate experience or similar experience managing a major portfolio.
• Knowledge of the commercial real estate market, corporate real estate leasing and tenant construction issues.
• Extensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices relating to real estate transactions.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a detail-oriented focus.
• Strong communication, financial analysis, project management and lease negotiation skills.
• Innovative, creative and proactive interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on spreadsheet analysis, web-based research and industry related financial modeling tools.
